(1) The Authority may, in view of the policy and guidelines of Government of Nepal, issue necessary orders or
directives to the Licencee and it shall be the duty of the concerned person to comply with such orders or directives.
(2) The Authority may require the particulars of the activities carried out by the Licencee and the particulars related to the Telecommunications Service operated by the Licencee and it shall be the duty of the concerned person to
provide such particulars.
